Security Policy

BUILD TO ZERO, in its activity of decarbonization solutions through the implementation of ThermalBox®, is committed to directing all our efforts to satisfy the needs of our stakeholders, making the Information Security of our services the highest priority, in order to achieve continuous improvement in our organization.

To this end, we have implemented and maintain an Information Security Management System based on the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard and which adopts the following commitments:

• Effectively maintain an Information Security Management System by establishing and monitoring information security objectives every year in such a way that we promote the continuous improvement of our company.

• Comply with all the requirements of our stakeholders in information security and those that are applicable to us to consolidate their trust in our organization.
• Guarantee adequate equipment in such a way that it corresponds to the activity, objectives, and goals of the company.
• Commitment to the client so that they have the necessary solutions appropriate to their circumstances, maintaining the bond over time and fostering trust in the Quality and Excellence of our work.

These principles are assumed by the Management, who provides the necessary means and endows its employees with sufficient resources for their compliance, embodying them and making them public knowledge through this Security Policy as approved on September 1st 2025.
